AngelHack Alliance - Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
The program is open to developers of all experience levels, from beginners to seasoned professionals. Participants must be 18 years or older to join. By applying, you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria and agree to abide by the terms outlined here.
2. Program Participation
- To participate, you must sign up and complete any necessary steps as specified by the program.
- Participants are required to submit projects or engage in hackathons as per the program guidelines to earn points and rewards.
- Rewards and perks are available based on points earned through participation. Points are awarded based on participation, project submissions, and engagement with the community.
3. Rewards and Benefits
- Rewards will be issued as specified and may include swag, exclusive experiences, or other perks.
- Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
- Points earned are valid only during the program and may expire at the end of each calendar year or as specified by the program administrators.
4. Account Management
- You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date.
- Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to, cheating in hackathons or misrepresentation of work, will result in disqualification from the program.
5. Privacy and Data Usage
- Your personal information will be collected as part of the program registration process. This data will be used solely for program-related purposes, including communications, reward distribution, and analytics.
- We will not share your personal information with third parties unless required by law or with your consent.
6. Modification and Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without notice. In the event of program termination, participants will be notified, and all rewards will be distributed in accordance with the program’s points system up until that point.
