We live for a good AngelHack success story and, who doesn’t love a good love story? Bringing us both from AngelHack’s Fourth Global Hackathon Series is Testlio; a team of two awesome developers, Kristel Vlidik and Marko Kruustuk (pictured below in their first moments of glory after winning AH4 London, 2012).
Coming from AngelHack London 2012 they’ve now made their mark on the tech world and we couldn’t be more proud of our AngelHackers! Recently reported in TechCrunch, Testlio “raised $1 million in seed funding” over the course of a year and a half! After a ton of hard work and dedication, they now are able to recruit and build out their on-demand platform testing product.
So what is Testlio? It’s genius! Essentially, Testlio provides development teams with dedicated quality-assurance testers to make sure your stuff is up to par.
Have an app? Maybe a website? With Testlio, you’ll get a dedicated account manager and test lead that will create a process of testing different platforms in a time-frame that works effectively for developers. They’ll give (typically) weekly updates to make sure teams get up to date information to help the product grow to its full potential.
After seeing these two work tirelessly through the night and then kill it the next morning during demo’s, we wouldn’t expect anything less. These guys truly impressed us at our Series event, and we’re so excited to see their success come full circle.
Oh, and that love story we promised!
After meeting and winning at AngelHack London together, Testlio fell in love and, wait for it….got engaged! From the AngelHack family to Kristel and Marko, congratulations!
