The Decentralised Identity Builder Program commences with the orientation week activities held in Singapore. These sessions, which kickstart each batch, are hosted in-person to ensure a solid foundation for your journey within the program.
Following the orientation week, program activities vary depending on your selected track. Furthermore, depending on the specific perks and engagements you choose to participate in within your track, subsequent activities can be conducted virtually or in-person.
Participation in the Decentralised Identity Builder Program is not limited to Singapore-based startups. We welcome teams from across the globe to apply and join our program.
However, it’s important to note that selected teams must be able to attend the in-person orientation week activities that mark the start of each batch. While your team doesn’t need to be permanently based in Singapore, the ability to attend these initial activities is a requirement for participation in the program.
We highly encourage the participation of at least 1 business representative and 1 tech representative from your team. This balanced representation ensures that your team gains comprehensive insights into both the business and technical aspects of integrating Affinidi’s solutions into your project. (Please note that representatives do not need to submit individual application forms; submitting one form for the entire team is sufficient).
Yes, participation in the Decentralised Identity Builder Program requires an existing team structure. We prioritise teams, preferably startups, for this program.
Participation in our in-person orientation week activities at the start of each batch is compulsory. These activities will span 2-3 days and are designed to ensure all participating teams commence the program on the same page. Post-orientation week, the program pivots to a model that empowers your team to lead. Activities and/or engagements will be decided upon by your team, allowing for flexibility and alignment with your schedules and priorities.
Both the Explorer and Innovator programs provide credits and strategic value adds that are currently only available via this program. The Explorer option is free for start-ups that have a lower anticipated monthly active user base and require less support but wish to take advantage of the unique benefits of the program. The Innovator program offers a higher number of credits, and greater technical and go-to-market support as a paid option for those who expect a higher number of monthly active users, wish to have a more strategic partnership with Affinidi, and are passionate about holistic identity.
While our focus is on existing startups, we will assess applications on a case-by-case basis. If you’re in the process of launching your startup and have viable plans to integrate Affinidi into your project, we’d love to explore how our program can benefit your journey!
