Builders have always been the heart of Polygon’s success, and they have shown many ways to ensure that builders within their ecosystem are continuously supported to contribute innovative ideas over the long term.
Since last year, Polygon has launched its Community Grants Program, with Season 1 launching on 11 June 2024, as a long-term, community-first, and sustainable solution for continued support and development across Polygon. With Season 2 starting, AngelHack is among the few allocators empowered to support the ecosystem’s growth and development.
Details about AngelHack x Polygon Community Grants Program
From 20 February 2025 to 16 May 2025, AngelHack x Polygon Community Grants Program applications will be open for anyone looking to launch a new idea or expand an existing one into the Polygon network. With 900,000 POL in the grant pool up for distribution, the program aims to empower builders passionate about the Polygon ecosystem by providing funding to help them develop and scale their projects without restrictions on themes.
Application Starts: 20 February 2025*
Application Ends: 16 May 2025**
Some ideas that could help you get started:
- Integration of AI with Polygon technology
- Building dApps, DePIN or infrastructure to support the growth of the Polygon ecosystem
- Any projects that make an impact on our world using Polygon’s technology
What are we looking out for:
- Description of what you are building and how it will impact the Polygon ecosystem
- Long-term road map of at least 1 year on how your idea can be further developed within the Polygon ecosystem
- The funding amount is tagged with milestone achievement; do note that your last milestone to request funding should be no later than 31 August 2025.
- If you are building on top of an existing project, you will minimally need to showcase how you intend to leverage Polygon technology or further enhance your project to create an impact on the Polygon ecosystem
- If you are building something new or it is your first time building in Web3, you will minimally need a proof of concept at the point of application
All applicants will have to apply via the Questbook form. All successful applicants will be notified via Questbook.
*Application approval will begin on 24 March 2025
