At the inception of this program, we received an astonishing 50+ applications from passionate teams eager to make their mark in the Web3 world. The caliber of applications was truly impressive, making the selection process a challenging but ultimately rewarding journey. Among these remarkable applicants, only 14 teams were accepted into the Polkadot Relayers Incubator 2023. These select few demonstrated exceptional promise, innovative ideas, and the dedication needed to thrive in the Web3 ecosystem.
Throughout the program, our participants benefited from the wisdom of industry experts through seven virtual workshops. These workshops provided invaluable insights, honed skills, and contributed to the growth of both the teams and their projects. An integral part of the program was the three-day in-person Investors’ Engagement Program. This unique opportunity allowed our teams to present their projects, network, and garner valuable feedback from potential investors. It was a pivotal moment for these teams as they worked to secure the funding needed to propel their projects to the next level.
Showcase Day Success
One of the highlights of this journey was the Showcase Day, which attracted a remarkable 70+ attendees and garnered 40+ Investor RSVPs. It was incredible to virtually gather and witness the teams present their polished projects, the result of eight weeks of dedicated work with guidance from our mentors.
